In your Reservation Confirmation Email, you will find a link that takes you to the Worry-Free Bookings™ landing page or the property's Travel Protection landing page. You will enter your contact information, a brief description of your reimbursement request reason, and attach/upload your required documentation (generally a doctor's note, positive COVID-19 test, medical receipts, death certificate, or other required documentation) to validate your reimbursement request.
