The guest selects the reimbursement reason from the drop-down menu. In addition, they provide a brief explanation why they are requesting a reimbursement and then upload the required documentation.
The documentation requested varies depending on the reimbursement request but includes a doctor's note, positive COVID-19 test, death certificate, picture of the weather event involving rain, or other required documentation.
If the guest does not upload the required proof and evidence, they cannot submit a reimbursement request.
